Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship from partner warehouses overseas. Delivery usually takes 8 to 18 business days to the US and 10 to 20 business days to the EU and UK after shipping. Shipping is free on all orders. For EU and UK orders, the carrier may collect import VAT and a handling fee on delivery.

Every order gets a tracking number by email. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

If an order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact support@citrusandcrave.com and we will send a replacement or refund in full.
