Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or not as described: email a photo or video to support@citrusandcrave.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No return needed.

Change of mind: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. The customer pays return shipping. Refunds of the product price are issued within 5 business days after the return arrives.

EU and UK customers: you may also cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day window includes this right.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded.
