Where we ship
We ship to the United States, all 27 European Union countries and the United Kingdom.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our products ship from partner warehouses overseas. Delivery usually takes 8 to 18 business days to the US and 10 to 20 business days to the EU and UK after your order ships. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Multiple items
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import taxes
For EU and UK orders, the carrier may collect import VAT and a small handling fee on delivery. We will update this page as soon as we collect VAT at checkout.
Holiday orders
For delivery before December 25, please order by December 1.
Delays and lost packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us at support@citrusandcrave.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
