  1. Mix the dry ingredients in your mug: Add the flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well with a fork until evenly dispersed.
  2. Stir in the wet ingredients: Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until you have a smooth batter resembling thick pancake batter.
  3. Make the topping: In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar until it resembles damp sand.
  4. Top the batter: Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar evenly over the cake batter.
  5. Microwave: Cook in the microwave on high for about 1 minute 30 seconds, until the cake rises and the top appears set.
  6. Cool briefly: Allow the cake to cool for about 1 minute before eating.
