  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour Main structure for the bars.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda Leavening agent.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Balances sweetness.
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs Gives S’mores flavor.
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips For a melty chocolate experience.
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows Distributes evenly throughout.
  • to taste -- Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping Optional, for an extra treat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and then add the vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix just until no streaks of flour remain.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Spread the dough into the prepared pan and press evenly.
  7. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top to taste.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

Ensure butter is softened, not melted. Avoid overbaking and cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
