Assembly and Baking
- Scoop a portion of dough, flatten it, and place a soft caramel in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the caramel, sealing it completely, and roll into a ball.
- Bake until edges are set and lightly browned, but centers are still puffy.
- Let cool on the tray for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
