  • 1 teaspoon paprika Can use smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the small potatoes thoroughly, then slice them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned potato halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden-brown and crispy.
  3. Carefully remove them from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, cut potatoes uniformly, work in batches, and add fresh herbs just before serving. Variations include adding grated Parmesan cheese and experimenting with different herbs.
