Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the small potatoes, then cut each in half.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange the potato halves cut side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally until golden brown and tender.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For maximum crispness, cook in small batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
