- Slice the bananas into ½-inch rounds.

- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir just until combined; the batter should be slightly lumpy. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Dip each banana slice into the batter, coating fully and letting excess drip off.
- Warm a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat and brush with butter.
Cooking
- Place the coated banana bites in the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
