Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: milk, melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

Measure flour lightly to avoid a dry texture. Cool bars for precise cuts. Great with coffee or milk.
