Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Check for doneness; they should be tender with a crispy exterior.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispness. Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
