  • 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce Star ingredient
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling on potatoes
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • optional chopped parsley For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet alongside the potatoes.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Flip both the chicken and potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F and the potatoes should be golden brown and tender.
Serving
  1. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the potato wedges are in a single layer on the baking sheet. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness in the chicken.
