Bake Cookies

Make the Frosting
- Beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, mixing until fluffy. Adjust consistency with more sugar or cream as needed.
Assemble the Cream Pies
- Pair cookies of similar size and spread or pipe frosting on the flat side of one cookie.
- Sandwich with the second cookie and press gently to distribute the filling.
