- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
- Add the sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Once the chicken is done, mix it with the stir-fried vegetables and serve hot. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
