- Pat the pork tenderloin dry, then cut it into evenly sized bite pieces.
- In a small bowl, stir together the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until the honey is fully loosened and the mixture looks united and glossy.
Cooking
- Set a skillet over medium-high heat and let it get properly hot.
- Add the pork to the hot skillet in a single layer and let it sit long enough to brown.
- Sprinkle in the fresh thyme, then pour in the sauce mixture and stir until the pork is coated.
- Cook until the pork is cooked through and still juicy.
- Take the skillet off the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Dry the pork before searing to achieve browned edges. Cut pieces evenly for uniform cooking and do not crowd the pan. Monitor garlic to prevent scorching.
