  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Deepens flavor of the dish.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Adds sweetness to the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch Thickens the glaze.

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch to create a smooth marinade.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chicken.
  2. Cook until the edges turn white and lightly golden.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, stirring well. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve hot over rice with a side of sautéed veggies.

Notes

For best results, let the marinade sit for a few minutes before pouring over the chicken. Stir occasionally while cooking to prevent sticking. This dish is also ideal for leftovers, just reheat gently.
