Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Check for golden brown and crispy texture on the outside while tender inside.
Serving
  1. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve it hot, optionally sprinkled with extra paprika.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately to enjoy the crispy texture. Can be prepared ahead and air fried just before serving. Consider using Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast for added flavor during cooking.
