Preparation
  1. Start by juicing the limes to obtain about 1 cup of fresh lime juice.
  2. In a blender, combine the lime juice, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice and a splash of water to the blender. Blend again until everything is well mixed and reaches a creamy consistency that's thick yet pourable.
  4. Check the consistency; if it's too thick, add more water, blending until just right.
  5. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with a lime slice if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lime juice and chill the coconut milk beforehand. You can adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup. For variations, consider adding fresh mint or berries.
