  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until the mixture feels firm enough to pick up and hold its shape.
Shaping and Baking
  1. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a tot with your hands. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, spacing them out for even browning.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping the tots halfway through, until they are golden-brown and crisp.
