Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined; some lumps are fine.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, rolled oats, and cinnamon for the crumble topping.
Baking
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
- Bake in the air fryer for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for best results and experiment with different spices or add-ins. Store in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze individually for later use.
