Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 breasts chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 whole bell pepper, sliced Any color works
  • 1 whole onion, sliced Yellow or red onion recommended
Seasoning and Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps coat the ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning Can adjust according to taste
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, add sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, add fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  2. Serve hot in warm tortillas with desired toppings.

Notes

For best results, keep chicken and veggie slices of similar thickness. Don't skip shaking the basket for even cooking.
