Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate and Greek yogurt, stirring until smooth and well combined. Add vanilla extract and sugar, mixing until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, whisking to combine.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix. The batter should be thick and slightly glossy.
- Add milk to the batter, stirring until smooth and well blended.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips to add bursts of chocolate flavor.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Ensure melted chocolate is cooled to room temperature before mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain moisture.
