Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- In a second bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, then whisk in the vanilla and melted butter.
- Combine the egg mixture with the oat mixture, stirring until evenly distributed without overmixing.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
- Spoon into bowls or slice into squares and add optional toppings as desired.
