Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and use fresh ingredients. Serve with rice or salad.
