  • 2 fillets cod fillets (about 6 oz each) Fresh cod is recommended for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted High-quality butter adds richness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice is preferred.
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped Can use fresh or dried parsley.
  • 1/4 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the butter mixture over both sides of the cod fillets.
  4. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cod flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and use fresh ingredients. Serve with rice or salad.
