Preparation

  3. Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips, add to the bowl, and mix until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and vegetables are tender.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm tortillas.

Notes

Cut chicken strips uniformly for even cooking. Add toppings like avocado or salsa for extra flavor. Leftover fajitas can be used in salads or wraps.
